Impication

Bread and cheese, they are always intensive temptations for me.
That's the most enjoyable food when I travel in Europe.
While traveling I'm always very busy spotting local bakeries and trying them in each town.

And I love exploring supermarkets and small food shops such as organic markets.
Supermarket is just like a huge museum.
It might be me if you see a small Asian staring at the cheese, snacks or... anything.
I'm addicted to that and I think I can easily spend 2 hours there.

So there is a reason I can't help getting more unneeded weight.
Well, I tend to walk a lot when I'm traveling so hopefully it can pay off...

I'm not a huge sandwich fan though I had a really nice one in Copenhagen.
Actually the day before I went to the shop I saw many local people were having their sandwich along the canal and I decided to go there day after.
And I was convinced why they're so popular.
They make sandwich out of their home-bake bread and it's very tasty.

Also There is a well-known Japanese bakery "Andersen", it seems they opened two new shops in Copenhagen in 2008, 2009.
On weekdays they bake "cream-pan" and "melon-pan", on weekends they also bake "maccha-pan" and "an-pan", That what I heard from the sales person at the store.
I bought my favorite "cream-pain", that how they spelled in Danish and it was pretty good.

Also you can find more information here,

Another bakery I liked was this one,

I spent last week in Copenhagen and Göteborg, it was a great trip, they're both very lovely cities especially under the brilliant sunshine.

Both cities have enough greens to make us feel at ease and surrounded by many parks.
Hanging around in the park, biting a bread and smoothie in my hand.
When I was having breakfast along the river, unfolding my map wide.
I was just thinking where I should go before I visit the Amalienborg Palace to see the changing of the guard ceremony.
One old gentle Danish man came to me and asked if I need a direction.
I wasn't particularly in need of help, but it was very sweet offer.

On the same day, I also had a lovely chat with the police at Amalienbourg Palace.
Thanks to him, I could find out why the guard band played the march few days ago and didn't play it on the day. (They even played the music sincerely in the heavy rain!)
It depends on the palace conditions.

If you're interested please read the link,

Just like enjoying the local food or historical monuments, a small chat with people would be the best part of traveling as well.
There are too many excuse to continue traveling!

Oh, I had very surprising encounter with a guy in Copenhagen.
When I was walking on the street it happened.
A stranger said to me "Hey, you're the one working at the hostel in Berlin, right?"
First time I didn't recognize him but soon after start talking to him, his face had become familiar to me.
It was surely astonishing.
What a small world we live in!

Back with eloquent

There are many proverbs quoting "back" in Japanese.
Not because of the one phrase we have in Japanese, but I believe someone's back gives me a lot of impressions.
It might be perplexity, melancholy, forgiveness or fidelity.
Smiling face could make us confused but the back can't lie to us.

Sometime I'm captivated by the moment in front of my eyes.
Things can happen instantly and dramatically.

Couples casually exchange kisses.
Mother makes beautiful face when she sees her baby.
Local helps a tourist.
Man prepare the rug and pray to god.
And he dropped something...

These are the dramas I love.
This is the one big reason I've been traveling continuously.
I feel like I'm peeping into someone's life.
It's just too beautiful and priceless.
Very precious moment that what we are witnessing all the time.
Even though we miss it, we unknowingly bump into an alternative drama.

We live in that.
We make that by ourselves.

Any day could be naturally special for each of us.
So I'll keep walking, laughing and crying.

Mellow

I think I'm about to reach a branchpoint again now.
These past few years I've been getting a glimpse of alternative life by traveling.

I still don't know who I am.
As always I can't be confident what is the best choice for me.

I have a good friend from Switzerland.
We've been friends for almost 5 years now.
He came to Berlin last week and we talked a lot.
It's always nice to see him and he inspires me for small things.

Luckily I've got a few nice friends here in Berlin.
Italian, German, Hungarian, Dutch, Israeli...
It's not so simple to become such good friends with someone even if we could speak the same language as our mother tongues.

Each person has different background but at the same time there is something we have in common.
Sometime it could be an experience, hobby, preference, interest...

It's a matter of course but we tend to forget that somehow.
Especially when we bumped into someone we aren't familiar with.
Looking at the externals doesn't mean we're actually looking at the core.
Physical action can be contradictory to the inner movement.

Though I know it well more than anyone, it's one of most difficult part as human.
We're lucky to be stupid, that's why we can learn something.

However I'm most probably the stupidest one.
Some people are very dexterous at dealing their lives.
I sometime envy them.
But I know I don't need to be like them.

Time flies and I get older.
We forget and we will get something instead.
That's fine.

Not only beauty and brightness, I also want to see the dirt and darkness.

I learned wherever I go, whoever I meet, it's okay to be myself.
Just enjoy the moment and that's the most precious thing.

So I'll say this to myself, "Good night"...

Between

Looking up the sky or just feeling the air, we can tell the difference.
Sweet and lively... Spring has come.

These 3 weeks I was visiting Japan.

I had been busy meeting up with my friends and family.
Being away from them could be tough in a way.

I often feel I had left behind.
There is often fear to catch up with people I know.
However I'm always so happy to get to know them again.
And it's very sweet of them to treat me as if there was no distance between us.

I'm just a dot on the white paper.
Sometime a line or a crossing is coming up on the paper but they disappear.

Time exists impartially for each of us.
I lose things and I gain things.

People can change without a sign.
Things can just happen.

Unconsciously I'd believed tomorrow will be there until last year.
But now I'm not sure tomorrow is waiting for me or not.
I think 2011 taught us a lot in Japan.

Unlike the other country, I felt Japan has the momentary beauty.
The vermilion color of Torii is as bright as belief.
Sakura pink was gentle and elastic like a life.

How far I go, I'll always be a Japanese and it never changes.
There are white and black, but in between them there is also gray.
So I can stay as myself.

I was moved by these pictures.
Since 2011, March 11th we had cried, thought and smiled a lot.
